HOPE Therapeutics is a multi-site interventional psychiatry clinic offering TMS, IV ketamine, psychiatric evaluation and medication management with our PMHNPs, and individual psychotherapy — all under one roof in West Palm Beach. Our patients have treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. They’re running out of options. Your marketing changes that.

About the Role

This is an execution-first, ownership-heavy contractor role. Twenty focused hours per week across social, paid ads, SEO, and reputation — no hand-holding, no committee approvals for every post. You’ll help build the marketing function from scratch and be considered for full-time conversion as the clinic grows.

Responsibilities

Social media — strategy, content creation, and daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business
Paid ads — end-to-end ownership of Meta and Google campaigns: audience targeting, creative, budget pacing, and optimization
SEO & web — local SEO, Google Business Profile, website content updates, and landing page performance
Reputation — monitor and respond to reviews; maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across every channel
Analytics — weekly reporting on engagement, leads, ad spend, and patient acquisition — with your own read on what it means

Qualifications

2–4 years owning social and digital marketing — real accounts, real budgets, real results
Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you can build, run, and optimize a campaign without hand-holding
Strong creative output in Canva or Adobe — you produce polished, on-brand assets fast
Writer with a warm, clinical voice — mental health content demands empathy, accuracy, and trust-building in equal measure
Healthcare or behavioral health marketing experience strongly preferred — HIPAA awareness isn’t optional here
Genuinely curious about what TMS, ketamine, and interventional psychiatry actually do — you’ll need to explain it to people who’ve never heard of it
Thrives independently — this is a contractor role built for someone who doesn’t need a daily checklist to stay on track

Pay range and compensation package

$28–40/hr · 1099 Independent Contractor · 20 hours/week · On-site, West Palm Beach · Contract-to-hire with full-time conversion potential as the clinic grows
