Job Summary
As a Promotion Assistant, you will support the Promotion Manager in developing and executing promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will assist in organizing promotional events, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing promotional performance. Your role is crucial in ensuring promotional activities are executed smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Campaign Support:
Help develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and traditional media.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and services.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support promotional strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage promotional materials inventory, process orders, and handle administrative tasks related to promotional activities.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and address inquiries related to promotional activities.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
