Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer business outcomes.Job Description**What You’ll Do**Own and manage multiple Professional Services engagements from kickoff through completionEnsure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectationsServe as the primary customer-facing point of contactDevelop and maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional teamsProactively manage risks, issues, and escalationsEnsure adherence to Professional Services processes and standardsSupport pre-sales and identify expansion opportunities**What Success Looks Like**High customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationshipsConsistent on-time, on-budget deliveryMinimal escalations through proactive risk managementEffective coordination across teamsContribution to revenue growth and expansion**Minimum Qualifications**5+ years in engagement/project/program management8–10+ years in Professional Services or enterprise deliveryExperience managing complex, multi-workstream deploymentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent engagements**Preferred Qualifications**Experience in enterprise SaaS, security, or IoT environmentsExperience with global deploymentsPMP or equivalent certificationFamiliarity with Salesforce or Zoho Project**Key Attributes**Customer-first mindsetOwnership mentalityExecution-focusedStrong communicatorAdaptable in fast-paced environments**Travel**Ability to travel 20–30%, including potential international travel**Compensation**Compensation for this position is expected to be in the range of **$50–$60 per hour**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Worker TypeTemporary (Fixed Term)Number of Openings Available1### About UsIntellicene sits at the nexus of awareness, insight, and action.
