Pay Range:

$19 - $19.50 Full-Time/40 hours per week, 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
What’s the Job?
Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory levels of on-site customer stock.
Work with customer procurement team to place orders for replacement stock to replenish inventory levels, based upon pre-determined inventory levels and restocking plans.
Unpackage and check incoming inventory to ensure accuracy of order. Re-stock inventory in appropriate storage once received.
Provide Sales Support for regional sales team, including order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, backorder processing, quote generation and other project-related support.
Address any discrepancies or concerns through appropriate sales reps and/or manager or through appropriate customer contact.
What’s Needed?
2+ years of inventory management and customer service experience preferred.
Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and business partners in a professional manner in verbal and written mode.
Must possess computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
