Role Description

As an Account Manager for Jacob Bramel – State Farm Agent, you play an important role in the success of our agency and the experience of our customers.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Help clients understand their coverage options
Provide guidance and support for policy needs
Identify opportunities to recommend additional protection
Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations
Assist with resolving complex customer concerns
Work with both existing customers and new leads to grow the agency
Qualifications

Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Comfortable having sales conversations with customers
Self-motivated and team-oriented
