Program Manager
The Program Manager will help launch the new Crisis Stabilization program and oversee its day‑to‑day operations in Chester, New Jersey. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising program staff; quality assurance; performance improvement oversight; and assisting with admissions in coordination with the Clinical Coordinator and Admissions Coordinator.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field required.
License preferred.
Three years post‑Master’s experience with youth in an out‑of‑home setting, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
Valid driver’s license, not suspended in the past three years.

Clinical Coordinator
The Clinical Coordinator will launch the new program and serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, preparing psychosocial assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and leading family therapy. The role requires evening and weekend hours as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work or Counseling required.
Two years post‑Master’s specialized institute training desirable.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Valid driver’s license, not suspended in past three years.

Substance Abuse Counselor
The Substance Abuse Counselor will conduct assessments, manage treatment planning, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and engage in performance improvement activities. The position requires oversight of non‑licensed staff and preparation for licensing and accreditation surveys.
Qualifications
New Jersey Licensed Therapist, dual license in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health field and LCADC license required.
Additional LCSW or LPC license required.
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred.
Valid driver’s license, not suspended in past three years.
