The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of CC’s Coffee House marketing initiatives across social media, creative production, local store marketing, and day-to-day project coordination. This position serves as a key connection point between internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and store operations to ensure marketing programs are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. This role focuses on coordinating content planning, execution, and engagement in collaboration with external creative partners, while ensuring every post reflects the authentic CC’s brand voice.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. From monitoring Guest engagement on social channels and coordinating content shoots to proofing creative materials, managing print production workflows, and supporting local marketing efforts, this role helps bring the CC’s brand to life while ensuring every project is executed with excellence. This position directly supports our commitment to serving everyone better than anyone else by helping create consistent, engaging, and meaningful experiences for Guests across every touchpoint.
