The Brand Marketing Technology leader will drive a team of engineers, creative technologists, and product managers to invent, build, test, and deploy AI-powered creative solutions and marketing technology at global scale reaching millions of customers. This role will oversee key functional areas around driving scalable, technology-driven improvements to our creative production, content generation, and marketing automation capabilities. They own the development and operations of creative technology and products end-to-end, from development, building, testing, and deployment. The Brand Marketing Technology lead manages a team of ~30 product and engineering leaders.
Responsibilities
As a technical leader with deep creative technology expertise, you will be a pragmatic leader that can translate creative and marketing needs into AI-powered technology solutions that scale both technically and operationally, building breakthrough creative experiences for our customers. You are responsible for driving quality and enabling creative innovation through advanced AI/ML capabilities, generative content tools, and automated creative production systems. You will manage evolving and complex demands, including multiple creative technology projects with dependencies on other internal organizations. You will draw on customer feedback, creative performance data, usage and operational metrics, and your experience leading creative technology businesses to set and deliver on goals for creative output, campaign performance, feature delivery, and marketing ROI. You will champion the integration of AI technologies into creative workflows, overseeing the development of proprietary creative AI tools, managing partnerships with external AI platforms, and establishing governance frameworks for AI-generated content that ensure brand consistency and legal compliance across all marketing touchpoints.
Basic Qualifications
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience managing teams and building solutions in distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications
5+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience, or a CPA and 5+ years of developing internet products and technologies experience
Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields at time of application
Experience managing teams, or experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead
Experience experienced with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, generative AI platforms, and their application to creative and marketing use cases
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
MBA, or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
9+ years of hands‑on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience creating brand guidelines
Experience with creative software ecosystems and their APIs/integrations
Business management or a related degree with focus on creative industries or marketing technology
7-10 years of related experience with large scale strategic planning within a distributed creative organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
