Summary of Job Duties
The Marketing & Creative Design Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing visually compelling, high-impact marketing assets that promote the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation’s programs, events, and initiatives. This role focuses on graphic design, digital storytelling, and campaign execution to engage students, faculty, alumni, and the broader Northwest Arkansas entrepreneurial community.

This individual will play a key role in shaping how OEI shows up visually across campus and beyond, ensuring our brand is consistent, modern, and aligned with our mission to support entrepreneurs and innovators.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design or closely related field

3 years’ experience designing visually engaging marketing materials across digital and print platforms

Demonstrated strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

Experience managing social media accounts and executing digital campaigns

Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education, startups, or entrepreneurship ecosystems

Photography and video production with editing experience

Familiarity with brand development and campaign strategy

Experience engaging student audiences

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and vendors to deliver quality work
