Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Assignment Length: Approximately 3 Months

A growing consumer products organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Product Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and management of a dynamic product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across marketing, product development, sourcing, and sales teams while playing a key role in bringing products from concept to market launch.

What You’ll Do
Product & Category Coordination

Support the end-to-end product launch process from initial concept and market research through final rollout.

Assist with competitive analysis, trend tracking, and market insight gathering to identify emerging opportunities.

Help monitor category performance metrics, including sales trends and margin reporting, to support portfolio decisions.

Coordinate timelines and milestone tracking to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Product Data & Catalog Management

Maintain accurate product assortment information and internal catalog documentation.

Support the creation and upkeep of product specifications, launch materials, and go-to-market documentation.

Review product lifecycle status and identify items requiring phase-out or closeout support.

Ensure product-related data is updated, organized, and accessible across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between internal departments including marketing, sourcing, design, and sales.

Coordinate meetings, project updates, and communication related to product initiatives.

Assist with trade show preparation, presentation materials, and product development support activities.

Partner with marketing teams to help align packaging, messaging, and promotional initiatives with overall product strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Development, or related field.

2+ years of experience supporting product lines, catalog management, merchandising, or product marketing functions.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Ability to travel occasionally for industry events, vendor meetings, or trade shows.
