Social Media Manager Responsibilities
Run our social universe
across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, while scouting emerging homes for our next superfans like Twitch, Snapchat, Pinterest, Discord, Reddit, and “whatever launches next week.”
Keep the content calendar buzzing
with monthly plans, weekly rhythms and reactive “OMG post this now” ideas that tap into trends, culture and snack‑o’clock moments in both the US & UK.
Spot UGC gold , from lunchbox wins to snack hauls to gamers crunching mid‑stream. Save it, celebrate it, and turn more fans into creators.
Build a warm, joyful community , replying like a real human, sparking conversations, running giveaways, and finding playful ways to make followers feel like part of the fam.
Coordinate content across US + UK teams , wrangling assets, briefing designers and creators, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Publish scroll‑stopping content everywhere , short‑form videos, carousels, memes, POVs, snack hacks and “did they really post that?” moments.
Turn data into delicious next steps , sharing weekly/monthly performance and recommending what we should double down on next month.
