About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Digital & Ecommerce to own and scale our online revenue engine. This role is responsible for driving growth across our ecommerce channels, optimizing the customer journey, and leading digital strategy across paid, owned, and onsite experiences.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. Ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and has experience operating comfortably in a fast-moving, start‑up environment.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy & Growth
- Own ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, and AOV targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy across DTC channels
- Identify opportunities to scale revenue through site optimization, merchandising, and lifecycle marketing
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and optimize the ecommerce experience (Shopify)
- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and checkout improvements
- Partner with creative/design to improve UX/UI and storytelling
Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on efficient customer acquisition
- Manage paid agency performance and relationship
- Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Analytics & Reporting
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across all digital channels
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Own forecasting and budget allocation across channels
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor internal team members and external partners
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, sales, and operations teams
- Build processes that support scalable growth
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Proven track record of scaling DTC e‑commerce brands
- Deep experience with Shopify and e‑commerce tech stacks
- Strong understanding of paid media and CRO
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.)
- Experience managing agencies and/or internal teams
- Ability to manage and optimize a 7‑figure annual marketing budget across channels
