Job Title: Graphic Designer IIJob Duration: 3+ Months Contract – W2Job Location: New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)Description:Perm Merchandising Graphic + Production DesignerKey Accountabilities:Take Art Director-approved designs and translate them into pre-production artwork, adapting and resizing across all permanent merchandising formats and sizes to ensure consistency prior to mechanical house handoffSimple layout & bullnose designOrganize and maintain assets within a shared "cloud" server environmentMechanical production and file preparation for handoff to external vendorsSupport retouching, color matching, and print proof review in alignment with layout requirementsSkills & Experience Required:Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AcrobatA strong background in printWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointStrong sense of visual style across design, typography, and photographyAccustomed to working with Art Directors to execute print artworkProven ability to manage production timelines in a fast-paced environmentBeauty or consumer goods retail industry experience preferred
