ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Studio Producer at PSNY, you are the driving force behind our daily live production engine. You will lead, mentor, and manage our Studio Producer and Production Assistant teams, overseeing the seamless execution of every fitness modality and instructor session within our New York studios. This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets storytelling to deliver world‑class content to millions.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT

Team Leadership & Development:

Act as the direct line manager for L5 Studio Producers, defining clear career paths, providing consistent coaching, and ensuring the team is trained to be the lead editorial voice in the control room during daily class production for all modalities.
Production Strategy & Standards:

In partnership with our London-based Global Senior Producer, you will drive the strategy for class deliverables, refine production protocols, and review post‑class data to continuously elevate our output.
Operational Synergy:

Collaborate with Global Production Scheduling (GPS) to optimize staffing and ensure instructors are supported through pre‑production, live recording, and post‑production.
Cross‑Functional Integration:

Serve as the primary representative for the production team in leadership meetings, aligning with Talent Strategy, Talent Producers, Programming, Ops, and Member Experience to ensure a unified vision.
Quality Oversight:

Supervise daily pre‑production meetings and manage reporting pipelines (e.g., Asana) to ensure feedback is delivered and production standards are met.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Broadcast Expertise:

7+ years of experience in high‑pressure, live broadcast and remote production environments, with deep knowledge of control room and post‑production workflows.
Proven Leadership:

A track record of managing high‑performing teams and building collaborative partnerships across diverse departments.
Talent Management:

Extensive experience working alongside on‑air talent and production crews in a creative, fast‑paced setting.
Operational Rigor:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects from concept to final delivery.
Flexibility & Passion:

A drive for fitness and content innovation, with the ability to work a flexible schedule (mornings, nights, and weekends) to meet studio needs.
Bonus:

Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
BASE SALARY RANGE

$139,905 — $171,855 USD
