ABOUT THE ROLE
BRAVE Books is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to create high-quality, high-converting visual assets across all of our marketing channels. This role is responsible for designing creative that performs. From paid ads and landing pages to email graphics, product visuals, and promotional assets, you’ll help bring BRAVE’s products to life visually.

You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, media buyers, and marketing leadership to execute creative that aligns with brand standards, supports campaign goals, and drives measurable results. This role is ideal for a fast, disciplined designer who understands marketing, can iterate quickly, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design creative assets for paid advertising on Meta

Create landing page visuals optimized for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion

Design email graphics, banners, and promotional visuals

Develop product images, offer graphics, and launch assets

Create visual assets for video ads (thumbnails, frames, overlays, lower thirds)

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Collaborate with copywriters to translate messaging into visuals

Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback

Prepare design files for multiple formats, placements, and platforms

Support campaign ideation with visual concepts, layouts, and creative angles

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stay current on design trends, ad creative best practices, and platform specs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong graphic design skills with a proven marketing-focused portfolio

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Canva

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout

Ability to design quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency

Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating rapidly

Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment

Alignment with BRAVE Books’ mission and values

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2–4+ years of experience in marketing or performance design

Familiarity with CRO principles and conversion-focused design

Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere)

Background in marketing, design, or a related field
