The Producer will oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects and productions across multiple entertainment accounts. This role acts as the bridge between creative, account, strategy, post-production, and client teams — ensuring projects are executed efficiently, collaboratively, and at the highest creative standard.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands entertainment marketing workflows, and has strong experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, and creative production processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the production and execution of entertainment marketing campaigns across digital, social, AV, print, and integrated platforms
Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, approvals, and deliverables from kickoff through launch
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, editors, writers, strategists, and account teams throughout the production lifecycle
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors including editors, animators, photographers, production crews, freelancers, and post-production partners
Facilitate client communication, production meetings, creative reviews, and status updates
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative objectives
Manage production logistics including shoots, post-production workflows, trafficking, and asset delivery
Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintain organized production documentation, schedules, and asset tracking systems
Help improve workflows, efficiencies, and operational processes across teams
Qualifications
3+ years of producing or project management experience within an entertainment agency, creative agency, studio, or media company
Strong understanding of entertainment marketing and campaign production workflows
Experience managing multi-platform campaigns under tight deadlines
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience collaborating with creative, editorial, post-production, and account teams
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Wrike, or similar platforms
Familiarity with digital, social, print, and AV production processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing campaigns for theatrical, streaming, television, or A/V clients
Knowledge of post-production, finishing, and content delivery workflows
Experience managing shoots, talent, vendors, and production crews
Understanding of platform-specific content requirements and paid media deliverables
