Cannabis Sales Account Executive
Viridian Staffing’s client is seeking an experienced Cannabis Sales Account Executive to sell into retail stores in San Diego, California, and help grow the company’s sales within a fast‑paced cannabis market.

Responsibilities

Sell Cannabis products to stores in the San Diego area to increase the number of retailers carrying the product.

Grow sales volume at existing retail locations through effective account management.

Use strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills to close sales.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and represent the company brand within the community.

Qualifications

Valid California driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for everyday job functions.

At least 1 year of Cannabis industry sales experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

Understanding of Cannabis product variables such as Distillate & CO₂, Indoor & Outdoor cultivation, and CBD/THC/Terpenes content.

Exceptional client relationship building and written/verbal communication skills.

In‑depth knowledge of METRC and California cannabis compliance laws (preferred).

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
