Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in sales outsourcing, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for its North Charleston office. The manager will oversee inside sales teams across various industries, guiding programs from inception to launch and ensuring continued growth and client satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
Client kickoff meetings
Toolkit development
Recruiting and staffing
Program launch
Sales staff training
Daily tracking and management of sales teams
Primary contact between client and SFI
Verification of sales reps achieving KPIs and quotas
Weekly calls and reporting to clients on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations
Client satisfaction
Program continuation and expansion
Weekly operational meetings with SFI executives
Sales Quotas
Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
Conduct ongoing training for each sales rep
Manage your team to identify and eliminate objections, driving solutions to close sales
Requirements
Experience in sales management
Call center experience in a sales or management role
3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Self‑starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and strong attention to detail
