Area Sales Coordinator
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As an Area Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by managing leads, proposals, and group bookings while ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel operations.

What You'll Do

Partnering with clients as the point of contact for questions, requests, booking and confirmation information, etc.

Maintaining organization of office files and entries

Communicating interdepartmentally to ensure details of group and corporate directives are executed properly

Preparing sales-related reports, resumes, and banquet event orders

Retrieving a complete understanding of the customer's business needs to best meet the expectations of the client

Performing hotel site tours with potential clients

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
Previous sales, administrative, or customer service experience required. Experience working with Opera, Delphi, and Hyatt systems a plus. Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency required. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Previous hotel experience or Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Excellent judgment/decision making and time management skills preferred. Energetic team player, with a desire to grow within hospitality sales.
