If you’re energized by driving outcomes, elevating customer experiences, and shaping the future of intelligent automation, we’d love to meet you.Who you’ll report to:This role reports to the VP, Professional ServicesLocation:Remote role within the United StatesYou will make an impact by being responsible for:Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and building strong, long-term relationshipsCollaborating with clients to understand their business needs, identify automation opportunities, and develop a clear roadmap for successManaging the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping to implementation and post-go-live supportOverseeing project teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectationsProactively managing client expectations, communicating project progress, risks, and issues effectivelyTracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and client satisfactionIdentifying and developing new business opportunities within existing client accountsOKRs including Delivery, Revenue and P&LYou will be a great fit if you have:Minimum 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the enterprise software/SaaS or IT services industryProven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completionStrong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Gen AI and Intelligent Automation principles is a plusYou excel in these key competencies:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levelsExcellent project management and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentThe salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
