Responsibilities & Execution

Interpret marketing, promotional, and merchandising strategies into compelling creative deliverables for site, app, emails, social, digital ads, and print, while maintaining the store’s global creative direction.

Craft retail image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color.

Generate multiple drafts and explorations within time constraints using visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color.

Articulate strategic choices behind design decisions.

Manage time efficiently to independently produce multiple projects accurately.

Create weekly web designs and marketing emails that effectively communicate messages and goals.

Own the full email campaign cycle from ideation to execution.

Develop engaging social content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other channels.

Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for seasonal and tactical campaigns with copywriters and business partners.

Seek ways to improve the e‑commerce experience focusing on mobile and responsive design.

Innovate concepts and inspire teammates by sharing competitive examples.

Demonstrate brand best practices in design thinking and encourage others to follow suit.

Cross‑Functional Partnerships

Collaborate with site merchants, buying, marketing, and planning teams to develop creative that aligns with marketing objectives.

Partner with copywriters to incorporate messaging and strategic calls to action into designs.

Engage in problem‑solving conversations to provide messaging solutions.

Build relationships that empower the brand’s evolution.
