This role is essential for aligning product marketing strategies with business goals to enhance market presence and customer engagement. It involves developing product positioning, messaging, and content to support sales channels and inform customers. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams and leveraging customer insights to create effective marketing materials. Success is measured by the impact on sales pipeline growth, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. The work directly influences organizational revenue and customer satisfaction by enabling informed purchasing decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop product positioning and messaging to increase sales pipeline and resonate with target audiences.
Create product collateral including data sheets, technical briefs, and presentations to support revenue generation.
Enable sales teams and partners by producing sales tools and training materials that improve product understanding.
Deliver webinars and training sessions to educate both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Analyze market and buyer insights to inform campaign strategies and competitive positioning.
Monitor product performance and customer adoption to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required).
Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required).
5+ years’ experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Go‑to‑market strategy experience developing go‑to‑market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales (Required).
Unified Communications experience with a strong technical foundation, including experience working with Unified Communications products (Required).
Customer engagement: extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required).
Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, crisp messaging, and compelling presentation of content, as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills (Required).
Presentations (Required).
Copywriting (Required).
Editing (Required).
Project Management: proven interaction, interface and project management with cross‑functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales (Required).

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $93,700 - $169,100.
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
Base pay within the range will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
