Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and eCommerce marketing strategy across all brands.
Drive online sales growth across key retail platforms including Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Target, Petco, and PetSmart.
Lead digital consumer marketing initiatives, including on-site advertising and social media activation.
Own and enhance digital product information management and asset management, leveraging platforms such as Salsify and Syndigo to optimize the digital shelf experience.
Lead the creation, optimization, and distribution of digital content that meets the gold standard of accuracy, completeness, consistency, and effectiveness.
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to track eCommerce results, identify growth opportunities, and monitor industry trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and execution across channels.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in marketing, finance, business analytics or related field and 4 years of experience in digital shelf management and retail media-marketing in the pet food industry.
Experience managing general account health and advertising campaigns on major pet industry eCommerce platforms including Amazon.com (1P & 3P), Walmart.com, Chewy.com, Target.com, Petco.com, and PetSmart.com with a mid‑to‑large assortment (500+ SKUs).
Experience managing a mid‑to‑large assortment (500+ SKUs) on major PIM platforms – Salsify, Syndigo, and 1 WorldSync.
Experience creating and successfully launching digital content (product detail pages, advertising creatives) on major eCommerce platforms.
Experience managing P&L of a mid‑to‑large assortment (500+ SKUs) from a multi‑brand product portfolio in an eCommerce environment.
Experience establishing and tracking KPIs to evaluate performances and measure success.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Background checks and drug testing are required.
