Overview
As a Senior Copywriter at CoLab, you are a brand steward—delivering high‑quality, strategically aligned work across channels. You bring conceptual strength, consistency, and mentorship capabilities, contributing to both individual project success and the growth of junior talent.

Responsibilities

Lead copy development across branded and unbranded materials

Write accurate, compelling copy across formats using AI responsibly

Annotate projects independently and ensure accuracy

Partner with Editorial, Medical, and Legal teams

Lead concept development and present ideas clearly

Manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback

Support team culture and creative excellence

Qualifications

5–10 years of copywriting experience

Strong conceptual, storytelling, and presentation skills

Experience within healthcare or regulated industries preferred

Ability to mentor and lead project execution

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Commitment to inclusive, respectful team culture
