Talent Resources Onboarding Representative
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

About the Position
Supporting the onboarding process for all new hires, completing new hire paperwork and clearances, collecting pre‑employment documentation.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure new hires have necessary set‑ups on their first day.

Providing pre‑onboarding and orientation support to create the best associate experience from day 1.

Maintaining accurate and compliant associate files.

Monitoring, triaging, and responding to TR tickets in the Talent Resources system.

Performing administrative tasks to support department and organizational needs.

Collaborating with Talent Resources team members and Centers of Excellence on projects and processes.

Supporting continuous process improvement efforts.

Maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive associate data.

Ongoing aspiration to advance in the Talent Resources field through research and extracurricular opportunities.

Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

0-3+ years of relevant HR, administrative, or transferable experience desired.

Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interest and motivation toward obtaining an SHRM-CP, PHR or similar HR certification (preferred).

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST

Compensation
$23.00 – $24.00 per hour
