About The Position
Supporting the onboarding process for all new hires, which can include completing new hire paperwork/clearances, and collecting pre‑employment documentation.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that new hires have the necessary set ups on their first day.
Pre‑Onboarding and Orientation support to ensure the best associate experience from day 1.
Maintain accurate and compliant associate files.
Monitor, triage, and respond to TR tickets in the Talent Resources system.
Perform administrative tasks to support department and organizational needs.
Collaborate with Talent Resources team members and Centers of Excellence on projects and processes.
Support continuous process improvement efforts.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive associate data.
Ongoing aspiration to advance in the Talent Resources field through research and extracurricular opportunities.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
0–3+ years of relevant HR, administrative or transferable experience desired.
Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Interest and motivation toward obtaining a SHRM‑CP, PHR or similar HR certification preferred (Senior Level).
