Technical Producer

JNSQ builds livestream, events, and video content. We’re expanding our Network.
We’re looking for producers who own the outcome of a show. You’ll move across technical oversight, on‑site execution, and post coordination depending on what the project needs. Some projects are livestream. Some are video production. Some are display only.
Required

Live video switching fluency
Working knowledge of SDI, NDI, and IP routing
Streaming experience across RTMP, Video Conferencing, and OVP Delivery
Camera and audio fundamentals
Client‑facing production communication
Preferred

Multi‑platform broadcast workflows
Blackmagic ecosystem
vMix, Post production in Premiere
Documentation practice that supports repeat production cycles
Engagement is project‑based
Bay Area presence preferred for on‑site work
Remote considered for the right candidate
