Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver 30-40%+ of total company revenue through lifecycle channels, including Email and SMS
Architect and optimize customer journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
Lead direct-response messaging strategy and ensure all campaigns have clear revenue-driven objectives
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC CPG or subscription business
Proven experience managing large-scale lists (2-3M+ subscribers) or multiple segmented lists
Demonstrated success in driving 30%+ of company revenue from Email/SMS
Deep expertise in Klaviyo and direct response marketing strategies
Strong technical fluency in deliverability best practices and data integration
