Media Supervisor, Search

The Media Supervisor, Search is a role within the Performance Media Team responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on media programs, primarily focused on search. The supervisor also collaborates with other media programs to understand the broader media landscape, ensures flawless execution and reporting aligned with campaign goals, and continuously improves QA, execution, and reporting processes. The role includes training and mentoring across departments.

Responsibilities

Strategy/Planning & Presentation Development: Lead market and competitive research insights; outline potential A/B testing opportunities.

New Business: Assist senior media team members in developing new business responses.

Client Management: Seek process improvements; collaborate across agencies to ensure data‑driven results.

Execution/Campaign & Project Management: Flawlessly execute campaigns, manage KPIs, trafficking, tagging, QA, and invoicing; revise insertion orders before release.

Training, Mentoring & Onboarding: Set up onboarding meetings, provide industry updates, mentor junior teammates.

Measurement & Reporting: Execute optimizations, provide recommendations, and conduct test & learn activities.

Requirements

4+ years of experience executing and planning SEM/PPC.

Direct client interaction experience, building relationships and ensuring flawless campaign delivery.

Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major search engines.

Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification; Google Analytics additional.

Availability to travel as needed.

Experience in pharma or healthcare required.

Salary and Benefits
The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with eligibility for commissions/bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and sick time.
