Senior Strategist

What You Will Do

Contribute to building brands from the ground up, refreshing existing brands, and bringing them to life through marketing and communications, web, digital products, people & culture, and experiences. Dig and research to fuel our thinking, including heavy desk research, field research, interviewing, and other forms of consumer research.

Develop insights and write briefs for client and internal teams.

Develop content for proposals, meetings, workshops, and final project output.

Write brand narratives, brand platforms, brand messaging, and brand copy, for multiple channels.

Contribute original perspectives to support client work and agency thought‑leadership.

Create and participate in collaborative idea generation workshops with clients.

Produce a stellar work product to the Envoy standard on-time, every time.

Contribute to the Strategy team and broader agency.

Track your time on projects and assorted other operational expectations.

Represent Envoy and its values with professionalism, respect, and contagious enthusiasm.

What We Offer
The total compensation for this full‑time position (including base salary and benefits) is between $120,000 and $130,000. Please note that this range is a guide, not a guarantee, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location, and the evolving needs of the business.
