We’re Hiring: Video Editor / Creative Producer (Hybrid – Sarasota, FL)
Advida is growing, and we’re looking for a highly creative, hands‑on Video Editor / Creative Producer to join our team locally in Sarasota, FL.
This is not a traditional corporate editing role where you’re polishing one video for two weeks.
We operate in a fast‑paced performance marketing environment where creative testing drives growth. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating, experimenting, iterating quickly, and bringing fresh ideas to the table every single day.
A huge part of this role will involve taking already proven winning ads and building new variations from them:
New hooks
Different intros
Alternate pacing
UGC‑style edits
AI‑enhanced versions
New angles and storylines
Short‑form cutdowns
Platform‑specific adaptations
The goal is simple: create more winning creative.
You’ll work directly with our media buying and creative teams to understand what’s converting and help us continuously produce new iterations designed to improve performance across YouTube, Meta, Display, TikTok‑style creative, and other paid channels.
We’re especially interested in someone excited about AI and the future of creative production. We want someone who is already experimenting with AI video workflows, generative tools, automation, voice cloning, avatars, visual effects, or other emerging creative technologies — and who can bring new ideas and capabilities into the team.
Just as importantly, we are not looking for someone who needs constant hand‑holding or highly detailed step‑by‑step direction for every task.
We want someone who can take an idea or concept and run with it — someone who is proactive, resourceful, creative, and capable of thinking independently. If you naturally come up with new angles, new edits, new hooks, and new creative ideas without needing to be micromanaged, this role could be a great fit.
This position will primarily focus on video creative, but we’d also love someone comfortable helping with static creative when needed, including:
GDN display images
Thumbnails
Ad graphics
Simple creative variations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong video editing experience (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Comfortable creating fast‑paced, performance‑driven content
Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and direct‑response creative
Experience in AI video generation tools/workflows
Someone proactive who can move quickly without needing constant oversight
Ability to take feedback, iterate rapidly, and collaborate closely with a team
Local to Sarasota / Tampa Bay area and able to come into the office when needed
Bonus Points:
Paid media or direct‑response advertising experience
Experience editing YouTube ads, Meta ads, TikTok‑style ads, or VSL content
Motion graphics experience
Graphic design skills
Experience working with creative testing frameworks or high‑volume ad iteration
