What You'll Do
Support the Sales team with group room bookings, corporate accounts, and hotel sales initiatives
Receiving inquiries from clients regarding room blocks, group rates, and hotel availability for Sales Managers to respond
Coordinate details for group reservations and ensure accuracy within hotel systems
Communicate with guests, clients, and internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain organized records of accounts, contracts, and sales activity
Assist with lead management and follow-up communications
Support site visits, hotel tours, and client events
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and computer skill set
Motivated, professional, and eager to grow in hotel sales
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Previous hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Delphi FDC experience preferred
A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
The pay range for this role is: 20 23 USD dependent upon experience and education
