Responsibilities
Support CRM and lifecycle campaign planning by organizing inputs, documenting requirements, and coordinating timelines with strategy, creative, data, and regional stakeholders.
Execute email and push campaigns end to end: build schedule, segment, deploy in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze following channel and deliverability best practices.
Assist with audience segmentation, automated triggered journeys, personalization, and AB testing subject lines, content, timing to support ongoing optimization.
Compile and maintain campaign performance reports using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, dashboards) and share insights with the team.
Build and maintain platform assets, templates, content blocks, data extensions as needed and ensure tracking and tagging are set up correctly.
Partner with Retention, Lifecycle, Product, Data, Merchandising, and Creative teams to gather requirements, support template needs, and ensure launches are accurate and on time.
Perform quality assurance checks for CRM launches: links, targeting, rendering, tracking, and compliance, and troubleshoot issues prior to send.
Contribute to campaign documentation QA checklists and process improvements by capturing learnings and following team standards.
Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing; subscription streaming experience is a plus.
Experience building and/or supporting triggered campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio and Journey Builder; familiarity with Braze is a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, ability to troubleshoot and make light edits; familiarity with SQL is a plus. Experience with Liquid and/or AMP Script is a bonus.
Familiarity with CRM metrics: deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, churn, retention, and comfort working with performance data.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; another language is a plus and ability to collaborate across international and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Bonus: ability to assist with light design tasks (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Preferred Skills
Experience working in the streaming industry, including knowledge of current trends.
Capability to work in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment.
Knowledgeable of email compliance and privacy legislation both domestic and international, specifically CANSPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA.
Experience with data extensions management and integration is a plus.
Experience working in the streaming D2C industry is a plus.
