Work with colleagues to ensure resonant storytelling practices and copy across marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Ownership:
Serves as the social media content lead, focusing heavily on their visual identity and brand narrative.
Production Lifecycle:
Owns the entire content production process, including detailed pre-production and the physical execution of content shoots.
Calendar Management:
Develops and populates all Content Calendars with high-fidelity assets and compelling copy. Schedules content accordingly.
Content Stories & Pivots:
Creates and provides the Coordinator with Stories to share and pivots to address immediate changes in scheduled content or last-minute additions.
In-Person Content Capture:
Monthly content capture by in-market reps.
Account Ownership:
Serve as Account Leads where needed.
Strategy Storytelling & Partner Content Responsibilities
Content Evolution:
Challenge, evolve, and scale content across accounts.
Performance Optimization:
Review and monitor YTD goals and platform analytics, providing recommendations to course-correct underperforming accounts.
AI for Productivity:
Implement and oversee the adoption of AI-driven workflow tools to streamline administrative tasks, summarize reporting, and team capacity tracking.
Strategic Improvements:
Execute action plans with the team to optimize content performance.
A/B Testing Frameworks:
Work with Brand Strategists to implement A/B testing
Creative Oversight:
Lead storytelling quality, engagement, and process efficiency.
Content Planning:
Deliver strong content that covers all campaigns, initiatives and content pillars.
Innovation:
Identify and forecast emerging trends and drive adoption of new strategic channels and tools.
