Remote Agent Onboarding & Enablement Lead

Compass is looking for a remote onboarding specialist to conduct day 1 onboarding for licensed team members and support the onboarding process optimization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a thorough onboarding experience for new members.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in training or account management, is highly organized, and possesses strong customer service skills. Compensation includes hourly pay between $27 - $30, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
