Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator, a W2 contract with one of our largest clients! Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY. No C2C.

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Digital Operations/Marketing Technology)

Schedule: Onsite-Hybrid
Role Type: W2 contract
Contract Length: 12 months

Key Skills

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital operations / marketing technology coordination roles

Experience with SAS tools (operational support)

Familiarity with:

User access management

Slack, Google Drive

Digital content workflows

Experience with Figma (required)

Exposure to CMS platforms and publishing workflows

Basic system admin support experience (business tools)

Familiarity with Adobe and digital asset tools

What You’ll Do

Manage the Content Management System (CMS) for the Brand Portal

Manage Brand Portal user inquiries and identify opportunities for platform improvement to meet users’ needs

Manage user access, handle guest interaction creation for Figma, and provide dedicated reporting and support for Brand users

Own the creation, user provisioning, communication, and documentation for External Google Drives and externally enabled Slack channels to ensure secure and seamless collaboration with our agency partners

Serve as the user administrator and support contact for our stock photography platforms

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

Experience in marketing operations, platform administration, or IT support—specifically within a creative, brand, or marketing environment

Hands‑on experience navigating and managing Content Management Systems (CMS)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering

Familiarity with the specific tooling ecosystem: Figma, Bynder (or similar DAMs), and Getty/Adobe Stock/Sprinkler

A proactive mindset with the ability to context‑switch across multiple platforms while maintaining organized records and reporting

Additional Considerations

Experience in marketing operations will be prioritized

Technical/administrator experience preferred
