Role Description
We are looking for a forward-thinking, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design fundamentals with a modern, AI‑enhanced creative workflow. You’ll play a key role in leveraging AI‑powered tools to ideate, design, and scale high‑impact marketing and packaging materials across consumer‑packaged goods (CPG), digital, and print.
The ideal candidate not only understands traditional design principles and retail packaging requirements, but also actively uses AI tools to accelerate production, generate concepts, and enhance creative output. This role is central to shaping how our brand shows up in the market—delivering compelling, high‑quality assets that drive engagement, stand out at the point of sale, and support broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of assets including consumer packaging, in‑store displays, digital marketing graphics, email campaigns, web assets, and presentations
Leverage AI‑powered design tools to generate concepts, create marketing materials, and streamline production workflows
Integrate AI into the creative process—from ideation and rapid prototyping to final asset production—to improve efficiency and output quality
Develop visually engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, trade shows, and promotional materials
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute cohesive, data‑informed campaigns and maintain brand consistency
Translate concepts and briefs into polished, production‑ready designs using both traditional and AI‑assisted methods
Prepare and finalize files for print and digital production; coordinate with external vendors as needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Maintain and evolve brand standards across all touchpoints
Stay at the forefront of design trends, with a strong emphasis on emerging AI tools, automation, and creative technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house preferred)
Strong experience with consumer packaging and print production
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator & Photoshop
Demonstrated experience using AI‑powered design tools (e.g., generative image tools, AI layout assistants, or similar technologies) as a core part of the creative workflow
Ability to effectively combine AI‑generated content with original design work to produce polished, brand‑consistent assets
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for both digital and print environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to take projects from concept through completion
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Advanced experience with AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, generative design systems, AI‑assisted editing, or automation workflows)
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
Understanding of brand identity systems and development
Knowledge of pre‑press processes and print production workflows
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including AI‑assisted and traditional design projects (portfolio submission required)
