About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Director of Product + Growth Marketing to drive patient and member acquisition, engagement, and retention across D2C and B2B channels (employers and health plans). This role will report to Kindbody’s Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted‑line relationship to the Chief Commercial Officer. Additional scope may include collaborating with senior leadership to assess and develop Kindbody’s product and roadmap, as well as its strategic marketing direction. This role will support Kindbody’s D2C and B2B product experience and engagement, as well as the commercial and clinical aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop managers and ICs across analytics, lifecycle/email, and paid media, along with agency and contractor partners

Drive team effectiveness through clear goals, performance management, and ongoing capability building

Strengthen manager effectiveness and build a scalable, high‑performing organization

Translate growth & product priorities into actionable channel strategies and execution plans with a 6–9 month horizon

Partner with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders to align on priorities and drive implementation

Balance strategic direction with hands‑on oversight of execution (60% strategic / 40% tactical)

Support all product lines for D2C and B2B including capability overview, product enhancements and future solutions

Collaborate with sales, client success and clinical teams on the development and resources related to product capabilities

Lead managers in the development and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

Ensure campaigns effectively drive patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue across employer and health plan segments

Set the standard for ongoing optimization through structured testing and data‑driven decision‑making

Own performance tracking across growth marketing, including KPI definition, measurement, and accountability

Synthesize insights to identify risks and opportunities and inform decision‑making

Deliver clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

Manage and optimize the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment

Recommend channel investment adjustments based on campaign performance and shifting business priorities

Promote a culture of testing and continuous improvement across channels and teams

Evaluate and scale new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance performance

Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategy

Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve growth outcomes

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across product, clinical, and customer success teams to support growth initiatives

Drive alignment on growth strategies and execution plans across stakeholders

Contribute to problem‑solving, risk assessment, and execution planning for complex initiatives

Who You Are

7-10+ years of experience in product marketing and growth, including demonstrated experience leading multi‑layered teams through other managers

Ideal candidate will have experience with employee benefits, health plan or clinical environment

Proven experience leading managers and developing teams

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience managing multi‑channel budgets and driving ROI

Ability to navigate organizational complexity, build alignment across competing priorities, and operate with confidence in ambiguous environments

Able to anticipate shifts, adapt strategy, and make sound decisions in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus
