Overview Experiential Marketing Manager. Schneider Electric’s US Innovation Experiences Marketing team seeks an Experiential Marketing Manager to undertake the designing, planning, and delivering customer experience components within Schneider Electric’s strategic tentpole programs and enterprise initiatives. These experience components translate Schneider Electric’s solutions, products, and value proposition into immersive, customer-centric environments that drive understanding, engagement, and impact. This role is open to candidates currently based in Foxboro, MA; Andover, MA; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN.
The role owns defined experience elements end-to-end and works closely with internal teams, agency partners, and program leaders to ensure experiences are cohesive, compelling, and aligned to business priorities. A strong understanding of Schneider Electric’s solution portfolio and product offerings is essential to connect the narrative and bring the customer experience to life in a clear and meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities Experience Components – Depending on the program, ownership may include the strategy, planning, and execution of experience components such as: solution-led hubs or innovative environments within larger strategic programs (e.g., Innovation Summit); partner experience environments, including ecosystem and co-created activations; expo booths, branded experience zones, and large-scale custom exhibit properties; guided tours and curated customer journeys that illustrate end-to-end solutions; immersive and interactive experiences embedded within strategic programs.
Design, Production, and Execution – Lead experience components from concept through onsite delivery, including design development, production, and installation; collaborate with the Creative and Content team and external agencies, exhibit fabricators, and production partners to develop layouts, structural drawings, graphics, and interactive elements; translate complex technical and solution-based content into clear, engaging, customer-centric physical experiences.
Program Exhibit Operations – Oversee logistics, production, and onsite execution for complex exhibit environments; manage exhibit vendors, logistics providers, and specialized show-site services including electrical, rigging, and audiovisual; coordinate shipping, inventory management, storage, and reuse of modular and custom exhibit assets; supervise installation and dismantle (I&D) activities, ensuring compliance with exhibit hall regulations, safety standards, union requirements, and budget constraints.
Cross-Functional Workstream Leadership – Lead mission-based, cross-functional teams across marketing stakeholders, product owners, and external partners to deliver defined outcomes; provide clear direction, alignment, and decision-making without direct reporting authority; manage timelines, dependencies, and execution details to ensure successful delivery.
Integration Within Strategic Programs – Partner closely with program owners and stakeholders to ensure experience components align with overall program strategy; maintain flexibility as programs, formats, and experience needs evolve; balance brand standards with innovation and program-specific objectives.
Governance, Budget, and Continuous Improvement – Manage budgets for assigned experience components and track financial performance; identify and mitigate operational, safety, and execution risks within high-visibility environments; conduct post-program evaluations and apply insights to improve experience effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or event management required or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in event marketing, tradeshow management, program, or complex program execution roles.
Strong understanding of solution-based portfolios and ability to translate technical content into compelling customer experiences.
Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong understanding of tradeshow logistics and booth build processes, including structural approvals, union labor coordination, safety regulations, and vendor management.
Proven ability to manage agencies, exhibit fabricators, logistics vendors, and production partners.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
Compensation and Benefits For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
