As a Foundation Professional, you will provide critical support and strategic expertise in advancing our philanthropic mission, securing vital resources to sustain and expand our impactful programs.

What You’ll Do
Employee and Annual Giving campaigns – develop, manage and implement the employee and annual giving campaigns.
Works closely with manager in development and preparation of solicitation strategies; makes recommendations for long‑range and annual development plans to reach stated goals.
Oversees all annual giving initiatives, including direct mail campaigns to enhance donor acquisition, annual employee’s campaigns, and donor recognition wall. Recommends solicitation method, plans, and implements, evaluates and reports on activities. Participates in major gift cultivation, solicitation and campaigns as required.
Coordinates special events and other similar fundraising events identified by the Foundation.
Responsible for communications for the Foundation, including updating website presence, social media content, newsletter creations, one‑page summaries, etc. Serve as local Social Media Ambassador responsible for gathering social media content, scheduling posts, and responding to customer‑service related posts in consultation with the Region Digital Marketing team.
Provides administrative support for campus events, including processing payments for sponsorships, ticket sales, entering payments into RE, preparing acknowledgement letters, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or five years of relevant experience.
