Business Development Manager
to join our award-winning, employee-owned team serving the
DC/Maryland/Virginia
area. This is a client-facing
sales
role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive
sales
growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Northeast Ohio
Manage the full
business development
cycle-from prospecting to closing and account management
Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach

2+ years of
sales
or
business development
experience with a track record of success
Strong communicator across all platforms-phone, email, social media, and in-person
Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build your own book of business
Positive attitude and sense of humor

Base salary + uncapped commission. $60,000 - 100,000+
