What You Will Do

Drive sales by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Utilize openAI technologies to enhance customer interactions and improve sales processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and proactive outreach.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices.
Ideal Candidate Background

24 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of account management principles and customer success strategies.
Experience working with AI technologies, particularly openAI, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Preferred

Familiarity with the Edtech or Devtools sectors.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Compensation and Benefits
