INEOS Enterprises is a global market leader in the production of intermediary chemicals that are used as an essential input into chemical value chains across a broad variety of end markets and sectors./ppAs a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the safe, clean, and reliable operation of assigned area to achieve the sites vision./ph3Responsibilities And Accountabilities/h3ulliOwn training progression to become fully qualified in all sections of assigned/liliPerform required process adjustments, sampling, housekeeping, and surveillance rounds to monitor condition of equipment in assigned area(s)/liliEnsure equipment repair preparation and post-work commissioning is performed following current policies and/liliFlawlessly execute Safe Work Practices (Energy Control, Blinding, Safe Work Permitting, etc.)/liliPerform preventative maintenance, monitoring and incidental maintenance activities as required./liliReview, provide feedback and execute unit and equipment start-up and shut-down procedures and/liliLead and assist in development of plans for equipment isolation, turnarounds, shutdowns, and other special projects./liliRespond to call/liliContinually improve knowledge of area and equipment after fully qualified in assigned area and continuously strive to further develop capabilities./li/ulh3Skills

Knowledge Required/h3h4Education/Experience/h4ulliAt least 3 years experience in a Chemical, Refinery or Manufacturing Facility OR at least 1-year experience in an INEOS/liliPetrochemical operator certification program completion preferred./li/ulh4Skills/Competencies/h4ulliSelf-motivated, and enjoy working in a team/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced 24/7/liliMust have a strong, demonstrated commitment to/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3pMust possess the ability to work a rotating 12 hour

(4) day shift with occasional overtime (10-15%)/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work around and on industrial equipment. including frequent climbing of stairs and ladders./ppMinimum requirements include:/pulliAbility to work in various types of weather conditions./liliAbility to climb ladders (+100ft), stairways, vessels, towers, and pipe racks, many involving considerable heights./liliAbility to work around dust, chemicals, and other/liliAbility to wear personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (hard hat, safety glasses, safety boots, respirator and hearing protection)./liliThis role is subject to the Transportations Workers Identification./liliAbility to work a rotating shift schedule./liliCredentialing rule or TWIC and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC identification badge, allowing for unescorted access to the facility within a specific time period./li/ul/div
