This fully on-site role, five days a week, offers a unique opportunity to be immersed in the new development sales process, collaborate closely with a seasoned sales team, and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing sales of a high-profile project. Responsibilities include managing incoming guests, managing multiple phone lines and internet inquiries, following pre-determined protocols to prepare sales gallery for the day and close at the end of the day night, keeping reception and sales area neat and ready for visitors, creating, maintaining, and distributing internal, project, and corporate reports using our CRM system both daily and weekly, assisting the Sales Team in all aspects of their day-to-day interaction with clients including greeting agents and potential clients, providing beverages, scheduling appointments as directed, and maintaining inventory of building administration forms, assisting in updating listings as needed in multiple listing services as directed, performing all daily and weekly reporting and database maintenance, confirming scheduled appointments with customers and agents one day prior, or as directed, maintaining a positive customer-relations attitude and supportive approach to working with on and off-site team members and ancillary professionals, and performing any additional duties assigned./ppPreferred Qualifications:/pulli4+ years experience in a customer facing sales environment./liliReal Estate Sales License is a plus./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite./liliStrong communication skills, verbal and written./liliAbility to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels./liliAbility to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment./li/ulh2About Us/h2pCorcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, Corcorans new development division, is the new development market authority, leading the industry as its most innovative and effective marketing and sales organization.
