Your responsibilities
Scour for potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal connections
Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist them on their career path
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on the number of meetings set, interviews completed, and hires originated from your initiatives
