Your Impact

The purpose of this role is to lead the creation and production of compelling visual content that brings Lowe's brand, culture, and business initiatives to life through video, photography, and digital storytelling. This position is responsible for managing creative projects from concept to final delivery, producing engaging multimedia content that strengthens Lowe's internal and external communications and reinforces the company's values and brand identity.

This role partners closely with executives, communications leaders, and business stakeholders to develop creative content strategies and produce high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms, including Lowe's corporate channels, social media, internal communications, live events, and digital campaigns.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end production of video and photography projects that communicate Lowe's brand, culture, business initiatives, and key messaging to internal and external audiences.

Capture, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, photography, executive interviews, social content, event coverage, and branded storytelling pieces.

Collaborate with communications teams, executives, and cross-functional partners to concept, storyboard, and execute creative visual campaigns across a variety of platforms.

Create engaging digital content for channels including Lowes.com, intranet platforms, social media, executive communications, large-scale live events, investor relations materials, and corporate storytelling initiatives.

Manage all phases of content production including creative development, filming, photography, editing, motion graphics, post-production, and final asset delivery.

Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all multimedia content while maintaining Lowe's creative standards and messaging strategy.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and video production technologies to develop visually impactful and innovative content experiences.

Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, production schedules, and external creative partners to successfully execute communications initiatives.

Stay current on emerging video, photography, and digital content trends to continuously elevate Lowe's creative storytelling capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Film Production, Media Arts, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

7 years of experience in video production, photography, editing, and digital content creation

7 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related production technologies

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video storytelling, photography, editing, and multimedia content production

Preferred Skills/Education

5 years of experience in a corporate communications, creative agency, or media production environment

5 years of experience producing branded content, documentary-style storytelling, or digital campaigns for enterprise organizations

Experience managing on-location shoots, live event production, and executive video content

Motion graphics, drone videography, and advanced post-production experience preferred
