Job Summary

As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, production, and preparation of marketing and communication materials for the company and/or specific business units. This role coordinates the planning, layout, and execution of complex visual communication projects including brochures, displays, presentations, proposals, technical manuals, slides, and other graphic applications. The ideal candidate will work in a highly creative and conceptual environment while independently managing multiple projects and delivering visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that support business and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement graphics, layouts, print specifications, and production materials for job aids, presentations, multimedia, electronic communications, and other business-related materials
Participate in creative presentations and present design concepts and visual communication solutions
Lead the design and preparation of complex graphics, formal layouts, finished artwork, and illustrations
Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and desired outcomes
Research design approaches, communication strategies, and production methods to recommend effective visual solutions
Ensure adherence to brand standards and proper application of company brand assets across all deliverables
Manage assigned design projects and coordinate with project teams to establish and meet timelines
Assist in developing and implementing new or revised graphic design procedures, practices, and policies
Perform additional duties and creative projects as assigned
Qualifications

Education: Undergraduate studies in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or related creative fields
Experience managing projects from concept through completion
Experience in multimedia, print, and electronic communications required
Project management experience required
Knowledge & Technical Skills

Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles, layout development, visual communication strategies, and branding methodologies
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator, and related creative/design platforms
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, adult learning principles, and instructional support materials
Experience supporting LMS/LXP systems and digital learning environments preferred
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic technologies preferred

Additional Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality learning assets that support instructor-led training (ILT) and on-demand digital learning initiatives
Design facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, toolkits, infographics, and reference documents using various creative tools
Ensure all materials are professional, visually engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for adult learning modalities
Maintain, update, and version-control learning materials to ensure curriculum accuracy and consistency
Translate complex sales concepts and technology workflows into clear and intuitive visual learning content
Collaborate closely with learning consultants and SMEs to align content with learning objectives and performance outcomes
Support integration of learning materials into LMS/LXP systems and enablement platforms to improve usability and adoption
Utilize emerging technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic tools to improve learning delivery and operational efficiency
Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
