Their primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, surpassing sales objectives and authentically narrating our brand story. Their passion for our products and commitment to exceptional customer service will help us exceed sales targets and enhance customer loyalty, making them a key contributor to our success. The Stylist will initially report to the Store Manager./ppSales Achievement:/pulliDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions/liliAchieve individual and team-based sales goals through a customer-centric approach, in-depth product knowledge and genuine selling techniques/liliMeet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals; focusing on Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion % and revenue to target/liliUtilize company tools, incentives and strategies to support the achievement of store-wide sales targets/li/ulpCustomer Experience:/pulliForge lasting relationships with customers by establishing genuine connections and delivering a personalized shopping experience/liliCollaborate with the store team to build a strong clientele list, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat customers/liliParticipate in store events and corporate-led initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community involvement/liliWelcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere/liliAssist customers in styling jewelry, making recommendations that complement their individual style and lifestyle/liliWork closely with store leadership to gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience/liliResolve customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction/li/ulpOperational Excellence

Visual Merchandising:/pulliAccurately process customer transactions, ensuring a seamless experience in an OMNI channel setting/liliHandle returns, exchanges and warranties efficiently and in accordance with company policies/liliMaintain visual standards by executing brand, product and marketing initiatives/liliEnsure the sales floor remains pristine and organized, with display jewelry presented attractively/liliCollaborate with leadership on store operational matters/liliParticipate in regular inventory counts, contributing to maintaining high inventory accuracy/liliEnsure all front and back-of-house procedures adhere to company policies and procedures/liliAssist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availability/li/ulpWhat youll bring:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred/lili1+ years of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred/liliCustomer centric mindset/liliStrong communication skills/liliWorks well in a high performance team environment/liliAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays/liliOpen availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs/li/ulpWhat youll love about us:/pulliTeam Lunches/liliSick Leave/liliBrand Perks: Employee discount; Welcome gift card/lili$18-$21 an hour/liliBonus eligibility/li/ulh3Compensation/h3pIn accordance with New York salary transparency guidelines, the expected salary range for this position is $18.00-$21.00 hourly.
