React Native Developer

Me @ Walmart

Internal facing application called Me @ Walmart. It has a large number of internal applications that feed into it, but this team will be focused on Time/Clock and Associate Profile.
- Time/Clock allows them to clock in and out of the store and also request time off.
- Associate Profile is their personal profile at work - Work history, name, title, tenure, etc.
- When you see a store associate working on their mobile device, this is the app they're likely using. Build on React Native for iOS and Android.
Need to be solid on react/react native, mobile app development.
Good on operational side= ci/cd devops, test coverage.
Want someone to become a technical leader that can collaborate with different teams to align best practices (Business/Product/UX teams/backend/etc).
Architectural/design decision documents experience.
IV Process: Is willing to cut this down if it takes too long.
1. With hiring manager - Intro round discussing background/profile/resume. Some scenario-based questions, operational excellence.
2. If they're experienced enough for Staff-level, will meet with Mahesh (Director) for technical round, could include architectural questions if they're experienced enough.
