to lead occupancy growth and sales initiatives within our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Williamsburg.
Compensation:
$75,000 base salary + competitive commission structure on move-ins

What We're Looking Fo r
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
• Proven success building referral partnerships, generating leads, and closing sales
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through transitional moments
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by networking and community outreach
Position Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving and maintaining high occupancy levels through strategic sales, outreach, and relationship-building efforts. This role serves as a key ambassador for the community while leading all sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct community tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process using relationship-based selling techniques
• Build and maintain referral relationships within the local healthcare and professional community
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize tours, lead generation, and move-ins
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs in partnership with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams
• Promote a strong customer service culture across all departments
• Enhance community visibility through networking, outreach, and public relations efforts
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and manage Sales & Marketing team members when applicable
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage for the Sales & Marketing department
• Monitor payroll and timekeeping accuracy in partnership with the Business Office Manager
• Manage sales and marketing budgets within approved guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
